Replacements or refunds are issued only under the circumstances defined for each product. If those are not present it means that no replacement or refund will be issued. Leaving a bad review before contacting voids your warranty, your replacements and also blacklists you from the store. Replacement will be issued on products without warranty terms if the product is not as descripted.
